Recently, Qiu village adult school held a lecture on "new Qiu village people's garbage classification" at Huang Xian new era civilization practice station to guide villagers to master the correct methods of garbage classification and promote the publicity of garbage classification.

In the classroom, volunteers explained the importance of waste classification to villagers in plain language, emphasized the significance of waste classification to resource recycling and environmental protection, and popularized the classification and definition of domestic waste. In order to make it easier for villagers to understand and remember, volunteers nicknamed all kinds of garbage. Recyclable garbage is "garbage that can sell money", kitchen waste is "garbage that will rot and become fertilizer", harmful garbage is "toxic and hazardous garbage such as waste batteries and pesticides", and other garbage is "garbage without reuse value". At the same time, it lists several kinds of garbage which are easy to be confused in life.

"I learned new knowledge today. I didn't know shells and big bones belonged to other rubbish before. I won't put them wrong again." While listening carefully, Ms. Zhuang took notes. In the following interactive question session, the volunteers led everyone to review what they had learned. The villagers responded enthusiastically and the atmosphere was very active.

This activity enabled the villagers to master the method of garbage classification, realize the necessity of environmental protection, and lay a solid foundation for creating a good atmosphere for everyone to participate in and take the initiative in garbage classification.
