Not long ago, when inspecting the Jinhua-Ningbo Railway project, the law enforcement team found that the garbage in the garbage can on the construction site was not classified, and then immediately issued the Notice of Order for Rectification. However, during the review, the law enforcement team found that the construction site had not rectified as required. Therefore, according to the Article 45 of the Regulations of Zhejiang Province on the Administration of Domestic Waste, the law enforcement team imposed an administrative penalty of 50,000 yuan on the party concerned.

The construction site did not classify the domestic garbage in a correct way, thus leading to a “big penalty ticket”. After being subjected to administrative punishment, the person in charge of the construction site said that they would make rectification in place as soon as possible, actively cooperate with the management, and classify the domestic garbage in place in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations of Zhejiang Province on the Administration of Domestic Waste in the future.
