The trade union organizations send learning materials to enterprises' workshops to let the spirit of the 20th Congress take root in the workshops

"During the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we watched the live broadcast of the Congress in the factory. Now we see the learning materials and feel very familiar with them." In the afternoon of November 10, in the plate making workshop of the Aiyimei Group, the working staff of the Xiaowangmiao Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions handed over the pamphlets of Holding High the Great Banner of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Uniting for the Comprehensive Construction of a Socialist Modernized Country and the Constitution of the CPC to the workers in the workshop.

During the working break, the workers sat around in the reading room, studying and communicating seriously. "Learning the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction for front-line workers." Fu Yinyin, the leader of the sample clothing team of the company, is one of the first batch of Fenglu Craftsmen in our district. She said that as long as a worker is willing to integrate the craftsmanship spirit into the post practice, and learn and work and innovate down to earth on the front line, he/ she would have the opportunity to become a craftsman. In the future, she will continue to contribute by doing well her own work, carry forward her own expertise, and do a good job of "teaching and helping" new workers in plate making.

It is learnt that in order to more accurately convey the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to front-line workers, the Fenghua District Federation of Trade Unions has purchased 5,200 separate copies of the report of the 20th National Congress and the Constitution of the CPC. At present, the trade unions of all towns (subdistricts) and development zones have sent these learning materials to the workshops of enterprises and distributed them to model workers, craftsmen, team leaders and front-line workers, so that the spirit of the 20th National Congress can take root in the workshops.
