A few days ago, the list of outstanding cases of the construction of beautiful urban towns at the municipal level in Ningbo in 2022 and the construction of beautiful urban town clusters at the municipal level in 2022 was released. The Qiucun Town, the Song'ao Town, the Jiangkou Subdistrict and the Shangtian Subdistrict in the Fenghua District have been selected as the city level model towns for the construction of beautiful urban towns in Ningbo in 2022, and have been recommended as provincial model candidate towns. The beautiful town cluster in Xiaowangmiao Xikou area has been rated as an outstanding case of the construction of beautiful urban town clusters at the municipal level in 2022.

In the construction of beautiful urban towns, various localities in our district have carried out design, planning, construction and maintenance according to their respective advantages and characteristics, and achieved certain results. Among them, the Jiangkou Subdistrict built a "comprehensive demonstration area of industry-city integration" with industrial economy as the core and the Hongbang Culture as the connotation. The Qiucun Town relied on ten scenic spots of the Matou and Binhai, etc. to build a coastal slow travel cultural and tourism town with ancient rural style. The Shangtian Subdistrict relies on the ecological environment advantages of lucid water and lush mountains and the unique agricultural tourism resource endowment to build a beautiful agricultural featured ecological pastoral town with "beautiful environment, beautiful life, beautiful industry, beautiful humanity and beautiful governance". The Song'ao Town takes healthy vacation and rural holiday leisure as the starting point to build a slow travel and leisure town on the east coast of China integrating agricultural sightseeing experience, healthy rural life experience, and red and folk culture experience.
