The Zhejiang Provincial High-level Overseas Talents' Intelligence Project Negotiation and Matchmaking Meeting (Fenghua Special Session) launched

In the afternoon of November 3, the Zhejiang Provincial High-level Overseas Talents' Intelligence Project Negotiation and Matchmaking Meeting (Fenghua Special Session) was officially launched. Ye Zhizhen, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a professor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University and Director of the Academic Committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University, and district leaders, including Hu Yongguang, Tang Junhua, Wu Peidong, as well as high-level talent representatives from both at home and abroad, enterprise representatives, representatives of college and university research institutes, and representatives of scientific innovation platforms attended the launching ceremony.

At the launching ceremony, Bai Yong, Chairman of the Ningbo OPR Offshore Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., and Yang Xiaojun, Chairman of the Ningbo Damo Zhixun Technology Co., Ltd., shared their experience in talent introduction; six talent projects, including the high-level nano metal oxide material industrial application project led by Ye Zhizhen, were signed; 7 companies, including the Ningbo Fengcheng Advanced Energy Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd., the Zhejiang Rongxiang Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the Ningbo Wild SC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and so on completed the signing of overseas talents.

After the release of the Fenghua High-level Talent Recruitment List, 85 enterprises and scientific research institutes issued 123 job vacancies, attracting more than 100 overseas high-level talents to apply for communication online, and 76 doctors reached preliminary cooperation intention with talent introduction companies.

In recent years, the Fenghua District has developed a "1+4+X" talent policy system by truly recruiting and implementing policies to gather talents, truly focusing on practical work for the development of talents, and sincerely providing services for talents. Fenghua has spared no effort to introduce high-end talents, adhered to the joint recruitment of projects and talents, and continued to implement the talent introduction project. The number of doctors has tripled, and the number of top and excellent talents has increased 10 times compared with that before the establishment of the district. High-level talents have accelerated to gather together in Fenghua. In the future, Fenghua will continue to build a "cloud bridge" for the connection between overseas high-level talents and local enterprises, innovate the characteristic talent introduction mode, help talents and enterprises to communicate accurately, and facilitate the "two-way cooperation" for more talents and enterprises.
