In the afternoon of September 20, the Launching Ceremony of the National Science Popularization Day 2023 activity in the Fenghua District, titled "Improving the Scientific Literacy of the Mass Public, Helping Science and Technology Self-Reliance and Self -Strengthening" & "Intelligent Elderly Assistance, Sharing the Future", was held at the Fenghua University for the Aged.

0At the event, awards were given to units that had made outstanding contributions in the fields of technology and science popularization, as well as to the award-winning representatives of the Fenghua District Youth Science Popularization Essay Competition 2023 and the Fenghua District Youth Science Popularization Comics Competition 2023.

After the awarding ceremony, exciting popular science and art programs such as dialect sketches and storytelling activities took turns. Subsequently, Ye Shilong, Director of the Fenghua District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, gave a lecture on health.

It is learnt that the Fenghua District Association for Science and Technology has prepared nearly 20 colorful science popularization activities during this year's National Science Popularization Day activity, aiming to further spread scientific ideas and promote scientific methods, and create a good atmosphere of loving the Party and the country, loving science, and upholding innovation in the whole society.

The activity is hosted by the Fenghua District Association for Science and Technology, and assisted by the Administration of Retired Cadres of the CPC Fenghua District Committee, the Fenghua District Science and Technology Bureau, the Fenghua District Education Bureau, and the Fenghua District Health Bureau.
