From August 26 to August 30, the Fenghua District Health Bureau and the Fenghua District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital jointly held the first session of the training program for improvement of vocational literacy of service personnel in childcare institutions, providing training courses for more than 100 service personnel in childcare institutions, effectively promoting the "good education for children" and promoting the early healthy development of children.

It is learnt that this program adopts a combination of theoretical training and practical exercises, covering disinfection and isolation of childcare institutions, prevention and management of common diseases in infants and young children, cultivation of daily habits of infants and young children, growth and development and physical exercise of children aged from 0 to 6, prevention and treatment of psychological injuries in infants and young children, dietary guidelines for preschool children, and eye health care for children, etc.. The content is rich and practical. The teaching experts combined their own working experience and guided them through vivid case analysis to impart the skills and common parenting concerns of family parenting and care in simple and profound terms, and demonstrated and commented on the practical content.

"We hope that through this training program, the service personnel of childcare institutions will have good professional ethics and literacy, and can better carry out childcare work based on the physiological and psychological development characteristics of infants and young children, so as to establish a team of childcare institution practitioners with a high sense of responsibility, good conduct, physical and mental health, care for children, love for childcare work, and practical ability in childcare, continuously improving the comprehensive service capacity for caring infant and young children in our district."
