"Industrial Chain Circle" Classroom Launches: Lean Production Helps Enterprises Tackle Small Manufacturing Orders

In the afternoon of June 26, the "Industrial Chain Circle" Management College's special training session, hosted by the Fenghua District Economic and Information Technology Bureau, was held at the New Economic Industrial Park. The course, titled “The Era of Small Manufacturing Orders: How Lean Production Helps Private Enterprises Break Through”, attracted nearly 50 representatives from manufacturing companies.

"The significance of lean production lies not only in cost reduction but also in enhancing an enterprise's ability to cope with uncertainty through process optimization, efficiency improvement, and quality stabilization," explained Wan Longxia, an International Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Zhejiang Province Outstanding Management Consultant, as the keynote speaker. Starting with the characteristics of the small-order era in manufacturing, she analyzed the pain points of factory operations in the current market environment and proposed targeted strategies. She shared techniques for small-order control and production scheduling, emphasizing the optimization of processes and cost reduction through lean management. By integrating team management and motivation methods, she provided enterprises with a practical solution set.

"I oversee order scheduling at my company and, upon a friend's recommendation, attend the 'Industrial Chain Circle' Management College event for the first time. The course content is highly practical and very helpful for managing small-batch, multi-variety orders," said Guo Yingying from the Ningbo Xinguang Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. She noted that the "Industrial Chain Circle" helps local businesses break down data silos, achieve information sharing, and provides precise support for corporate decision-making.

In the future, the "Industrial Chain Circle" Management College will continue to roll out a series of specialized training programs, combining trends in manufacturing development to provide enterprises with cutting-edge knowledge and practical tools, thereby driving high-quality growth in the district's industrial economy.
