On June 5, the "6·9 International Archives Day" promotional event themed "Archives Walking with the Times" was launched at themaohui Commercial Complex in Fangqiao Subdistrict. Through a variety of popular science formats, the event brought archives services directly to the citizens.

At the event site, the themed stands were particularly eye-catching, attracting many citizens to stop and look. At the information desk, staff and volunteers patiently explained the origin of International Archives Day, common knowledge on archives, and the unique value of archives in recording urban changes and providing livelihood services.

The interactive session brought the atmosphere to a climax, with citizens actively participating and mastering the key points of "Archives Law of the People's Republic of China" and the procedures for accessing livelihood archives through relaxed exchanges.

With the accelerated development of artificial intelligence technology, the construction of and smart archives in our district continues to advance. Moving the archives promotion into a commercial complex is an active exploration of the archives work proactively "breaking the circle." In the following, advertising lightboxes on the main roads of our district's urban area will centrally broadcast promotional content on archives laws and regulations, electronic screens at Yuelin Square and other locations scroll archives collection announcements, and the simultaneously launched themed essay competition will also be open to the public for submissions.
