30% of the overall progress of the construction of the Fenghua District Art Base project completed and expected to be completed in June next year

Recently, reporters visited the construction site of the Fenghua District Art Base project and saw tower cranes towering high, with mechanical arms constantly rotating, lifting bundles of steel bars to the construction area. The workers were wearing safety clothes and busy in a tense and orderly manner, tying up steel bars, laying wooden boards, hoisting steel structural columns... Welding sparks splattered and machines roared, creating a bustling construction scene on site.

The Fenghua District Art Base project is located to the south side of Jinzhong Road, with a total land area of about 45.5 mu and a total construction area of about 61,900 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of about 32,800 square meters and an underground construction area of about 29,100 square meters. The project is invested and constructed by the Fenghua District Transportation Investment Group, and undertaken by the Xiaoyun Construction Co., Ltd.. The project plans to construct public cultural buildings such as science popularization museums, youth museums, and art museums. After completion, it will become an important platform integrating technological innovation, cultural exchanges, and youth education.

According to Wu Bin, the person in charge of construction, the underground construction of the Science Popularization Museum and Youth Hall has been completed and has officially entered the above-ground construction stage; the art museum is currently carrying out the construction of the basement roof and formwork installation. As of now, the overall progress of the construction project has been completed by 30%, and the underground part has been completed by 70%.

"For the next step, we will focus on promoting steel structure engineering and exterior curtain wall engineering. While ensuring project quality and safety, we will closely monitor the construction progress and expect to complete them by June next year, two months ahead of the original plan," said Wu Bin.

It is reported that after the completion of the art base, it will further optimize the allocation of scientific and cultural infrastructure resources in our district, significantly enhance the regional public cultural service capacity, promote high-quality development of urban scientific and technological innovation, and help Fenghua develop into a new cultural highland.
